On desktop

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows, or Cmd + Shift + Delete on Mac.
  2. Set the time range to All time.
  3. Tick Cached images and files.
  4. If you’re having login trouble, also tick Cookies and other site data.
  5. Click Clear now.
  6. Restart Edge and reload the page.

Tip: The menu route is … (three dots) → Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Delete browsing data.

On iPhone / Android

  1. Open the Edge app and tap the ☰ (menu) button at the bottom.
  2. Tap Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data.
  3. Set the time range to All time, select Cached images and files, and tap Delete data.
  4. Fully close the app and reopen it.
