Reinstalling gives you a completely clean copy of the app. Your account and anything stored on the server survives — but anything saved only on the phone inside that app does not.

Before you start: make sure you know your login email and password for the app. You’ll need to sign in again after reinstalling.

On iPhone / iPad

  1. Find the app on your Home screen.
  2. Press and hold its icon until a menu appears.
  3. Tap Remove App → Delete App → Delete.
  4. Open the App Store, search for the app, and tap the cloud icon (or Get) to reinstall.
  5. Open it and sign back in.

On Android

  1. Press and hold the app’s icon.
  2. Tap Uninstall (or drag the icon to “Uninstall”) and confirm.
  3. Open the Play Store, search for the app, and tap Install.
  4. Open it and sign back in.

After reinstalling

If the problem comes back even on a fresh install, it’s probably not the app on your end — get in touch with support and mention you’ve already reinstalled, so we can skip the basics.
