Reinstalling gives you a completely clean copy of the app. Your account and anything stored on the server survives — but anything saved only on the phone inside that app does not.
Before you start: make sure you know your login email and password for the app. You’ll need to sign in again after reinstalling.
On iPhone / iPad
- Find the app on your Home screen.
- Press and hold its icon until a menu appears.
- Tap Remove App → Delete App → Delete.
- Open the App Store, search for the app, and tap the cloud icon (or Get) to reinstall.
- Open it and sign back in.
On Android
- Press and hold the app’s icon.
- Tap Uninstall (or drag the icon to “Uninstall”) and confirm.
- Open the Play Store, search for the app, and tap Install.
- Open it and sign back in.
After reinstalling
If the problem comes back even on a fresh install, it’s probably not the app on your end — get in touch with support and mention you’ve already reinstalled, so we can skip the basics.
